ModelRailPro is self-hosted software to control your model railway. You download and run it on your own device. You get a free 30-day trial; after that a valid licence is required to keep operating.
For a licence you create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens under your account.
A licence is for your own, personal use. You may not resell, share or redistribute your licence key. The software is licensed, not sold; all rights remain with Peekie Productions.
The licence costs €12 per year (incl. VAT) and is valid for one year. Payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie. There is no automatic debit: you renew yourself by paying again. Price changes apply only to new purchases/renewals.
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this is digital delivery with immediate access, by purchasing you agree the licence becomes available at once and you thereby waive the right of withdrawal once the licence is issued. The 30-day free trial lets you fully test beforehand.
ModelRailPro is under active development and provided "as is". We do our best but give no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor of compatibility with every command station, decoder or hardware. Supported hardware on the website is indicative.
You operate your own layout and (electrical) equipment at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Peekie Productions is not liable for indirect damage or for damage to models, hardware or other property arising from use of the software. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the preceding 12 months.
We may change these terms and the software. The current version is always on modelrailpro.com.
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
