1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Account: your email address and password (stored only encrypted as a hash).
• Licence: your licence status, type and expiry date.
• Payment: via Mollie. We receive the payment status and amount — no card or bank details; Mollie processes those.
• Usage data: via Google Analytics 4 (e.g. IP address, device, pages visited) using cookies.
• Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, for security and diagnostics.

3. Purposes & legal bases

• Account, licence and payment — performance of the contract.
• Security and logs — legitimate interest.
• Analytics/cookies — based on consent (analytics cookies) or legitimate interest.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. Payment/invoice data we keep for 7 years (statutory). Logs and analytics no longer than necessary.

5. Processors & third parties

• Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam) — payment processing.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics.
• Hosting — on our own server in the Netherlands.

Data processing agreements are in place where applicable.

6. Cookies

We use a functional session cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to measure usage. You can refuse or delete cookies via your browser.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Email info@peekieproductions.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and sensitive keys are kept outside the web root. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
